Band Name: GGC Band Number of Members: 11 Music Genre: Gospel Performance Fee: $2,000
- Travel expenses (if distance exceeds 85 miles)
- Food and beverages for band members
- Sound check at least 2 hours prior to performance
- Promotion of the band by the promoter
- Lodging (if distance exceeds 85 miles)
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due upon booking the band.
- Full sound setup for a gospel band
- Stage area with dimensions of at least [Dimensions] feet in width and [Dimensions] feet in depth
- Adequate electricity supply for the band’s equipment
- The band requires meals and refreshments for all members to be provided by the organization/promoter
- The organization/promoter will be responsible for promoting the band’s performance in all advertising and promotional materials related to the event
- The promoter agrees to pay an additional fee of $[Amount] per mile for any distance over 85 miles for travel, food, and lodging expenses
- The band requires a signed contract before the event
- The band will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the agreement if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, or labor strikes.
